M&A Transition, ICT Industry

As a Chinese acquiree residing in USA, our client found it challenging to understand the HR policies in a different continent and was also unfamiliar with the workings of being under their acquirer. Consequently, they were in need of guidance on how to transition their workforce from their M&A in a foreign entity, which is why they decided to tap on our skilled expertise in aiding companies with navigation into foreign countries.
